Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are normally dispatched within 24hrs of your order been received and acknowledged. The speed of delivery depends on the shipment option chosen at point of order. We will always contact you, if we can not fulfil an order within 24hrs.

We currently ship to UK (Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland) only.

We have multiple shipping options. We currently use Royal Mail and DHL as our preferred courier service. 
We offer Royal Mail First Class, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Special Delivery Tracked. 

We currently stock 10mm, 15mm, 25mm, 38mm and 45mm width ribbons. We can also provide 7mm and 100mm ribbons on request.

Minimum length supplied is 5m.  Roll lengths come in a max size of 100m continuous length. 

All our ribbons are satin with woven edges with very tight weaves. This provides a ribbon that is very flat and perfect to showcase your prints. Our ribbons are double faced satin for 7mm, 10mm, 15mm, 25mm and 38mm. 45mm and 100mm width ribbons are single sided satin.

The ribbons are not waterproof. 

Currently we are only able to print in once colour choice on a ribbon.

The ribbons can only be printed on one side. 

The process we use to apply the print on the ribbon is hot foiling. 

We accept file in jpeg, bmp, svg, pdf, ai, and png. If you have a specific file format that is not accepted via the online order process, this can be email over to us.

All orders will receive a photo evidence of the print layout on the chosen ribbon and print colour. These will be either emailed or sent via Whatsapp message. Only once proofs are agreed on, is the printing process started.

We stock over 35 ribbon colours. We at times also have other colours available which are not listed on site. If there is a colour you cannot find, please do contact us.

We stock over 25 coloured foil prints available in solid and metallic finishes.

We can ship products in full white label packaging on request. We will remove all reference to our business from packaging and shipment labels. This is only done on request. 

We do not operate from a store. Please call us to discuss this requirement prior to placing orders. We can arrange where possible for products to be picked up.

The simplest way to achieve this would be to provide us the artwork as an image with the exact layout.  The other alternative is to provide this information as additional information when placing the order.  
Multiple lines are best on ribbon widths of 15mm and upwards.

If you have a specific font required, please email the font file over to us.  When placing order select any font type and let us know in additional information, that you have emailed over a font file for us to use instead.

We do not print on customer provided ribbons. The main reason for this is we cannot guarantee a good print. The ribbons we use have been specifically been design for printing.

A roll of ribbon comes in 100 meter lengths. Any orders over 100 meters will be supplied in multiple rolls.

The default repeat space between prints is between 2-3cm depending on print size. If you want a specific repeat space size, then please do let us know in additional information section, when placing order.

We can print almost anything on the ribbon. We however will hold the right to refuse inappropriate or offensive content. The customer will hold full responsibility for all claims arising from alleged infringement of licenses, trademarks or copyrights on any requested design.

Personalised ribbons, can only be returned where the ribbons are defective or where we have made a genuine error in printing, where the product deviates from the order. We ask that all artwork and spellings are checked. We will not be held accountable where the customer has made a mistake.

We currently accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. We can also accept payment by Bank Transfers (BACS) on request.
